1. Sponsor: Giveaways and Contests (the “Contest”) on this blog are sponsored by Dog Pack Snacks www.DogPackSnacks.com (“Sponsor”)
2. Contest Period of Validity: Entries must be received by Sponsor in the manner described in the blog post for the contest being entered into. Entries must be received by midnight on the date stated on each individual blog post.
3. Selection of Winner(s): For valid entries received during the Contest Period, the winner will be selected randomly. The decision of the Sponsor shall be final and binding in all regards. The Winner(s) will be posted at www.Facebook.com/DogPackSnacks and asked to acknowledge the prize by posting a comment and providing a mailing address via e-mail to DogPackSnacks@gmail.com. If the Winner does not acknowledge the prize it will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries.
4. Issues of Law: All federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. THE FLORIDA COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE CONTEST AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA SHALL EXCLUSIVELY GOVERN THE CONTEST. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMIT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS. The Contest is void where restricted or prohibited by law.
